Conscious Breathwork is a guided breathing technique to reset your whole being. The tools are simple but will challenge your understanding of how the mind and body work. The practice involves long periods of strong, conscious breathing, called Breathwork, which will lead you into a trance like state. In this state you gain access to the subconscious.

Breathing in this manner can be uncomfortable depending on your internal resistance. Once properly guided in however, and if you allow yourself to let go, the experience can be incredibly blissful and may take you on different degrees of sensory experiences.

Logan Pike

logan pike conscious breathworkHis first Yoga class was in Wellington, maybe four and half years ago and it took him a while to get into it. It wasn’t until Logan moved to Sydney and experienced a few stress, drug and alcohol burnouts before he saw what an incredible practice yoga was. Since then it has become his life.

He finished his 200hr teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2017. Now, Logan has recently arrived back in New Zealand from another India experience, ready to share all the weird and wonderful things that he has learnt.

Logan has a strong passion for Yin Yoga as it has been much more than a relaxation tool in his life. He focuses heavily on working with inner strength and resistance. Using Yoga as a tool to work through fear and self-doubt to build much more than flexibility and physical strength.

Ecstatic Dance, Conscious Breathwork and Energy Healing all find their way into his personal practice and teachings. It is important to Logan that his classes are both accessible and challenging for everyone. Some of his techniques are a little ‘out there’ but he is dedicated to delivering these in a way that is easily understood for anyone who is looking for something a little different.
