Taste of Mana Yoga Workshop

Christina McGrath is a fitness and wellness extraordinaire with extensive experience as a yoga teacher and athlete with a background in psychology. This workshop will give you a taste of our upcoming Mana retreat. Learnings will include yoga to benefit your mind and body, optimal nutrition to reach your goals, and mindset techniques essential to healing and growth.
Enjoy a taste of these workshops that we have planned for our 2025 Mana Retreat:
Move –Taking 3-5 poses apart to learn that will benefit your mind and body daily. Could be inversions, art balances, backbends or sun salutations.
Eat – A brief outline of optimal nutrition for your body to reach your goals – Anti-inflammatory guidance for your system, deconstructing myths around what is good for you and what you should be aiming for, creating strength, attaining the perfect weight and enhancing sleep quality.
Art – Creating flow in your life – Christina will explain how using sound and colour can enhance energy centres and influence more artistic endeavours in your life.
Mindset – An introduction to the letting go technique and why it is essential to healing and growth.
Conditions: Maximum 30 places available at this event. Attendance must be paid in advance to reserve your place. Cancellation within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Minimum class sizes must be met for the workshop to go ahead.

Christina is a qualified and experienced therapeutic, sports, relaxation and aromatherapy massage therapist.
