Before embarking on this exciting journey, I come from a diverse background that has shaped who I am today. Growing up on a farm, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and the beauty it holds. I learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and the rewards of nurturing and caring for living things. These values have been ingrained in me and have significantly influenced my approach to life and business.

Additionally, I am a proud parent to four wonderful children. They bring joy, laughter, and a sense of fulfillment to my life. As a parent, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and creating an environment that supports personal growth and well-being.

Bringing these two important aspects of my life together—family and farming—has led me to the incredible world of yoga. Yoga is a transformative practice that nourishes not only our bodies but also our minds and spirits. It provides a sanctuary where we can cultivate inner peace, strength, and self-awareness.

As the new owner of this yoga business, my vision is to create a welcoming space where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can come together to find solace, inspiration, and personal growth.
