About Perry MacDonald
Perry has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Her yoga teachings have a therapeutic focus where she intertwines the postures with the fundamentals of Ayurveda.
Her style is a mixture of Iyengar and Hatha with emphasis on right alignment, working with the breath and strengthening the body and mind. Health, especially preventative therapies have always been her passion.
She recognises yoga as one of the important disciplines that support good health and well being.

Perry McDonald is a talented teacher; she is passionate about helping people through yoga and through her huge depth of Ayurvedic knowledge. She is very perceptive, wise and thoughtful and is a living example of her teachings. Perry is a gift to us all.
One of the best things about yoga with Perry is that there is no pressure to push beyond realistic expectations.
After sustaining neck and back injuries, I am slowly gaining confidence in my yoga under the watchful eye of Perry.
