Founding yogini Denise Ferguson is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (ERYT) and has been running popular retreats since 2010.

At these retreats, Denise shares herself completely. She understands the need for change, inspiration and rest from day to day life. Her main goal is for you to leave feeling better than when you came.

Why take a retreat with Denise

While on retreat, Denise understands the need to ’not think’ about things for a while. She’ll do the thinking for you. You - just roll into the studio when it’s time to practice, roll into the dining room when it’s time to eat and simply check the schedule for what to do next. Take a digital detox, walk through the forest or the vines and think about life instead. The sauna is hot and ready for you when it’s cold, the pool will cool you down when it’s hot, the massage table is waiting if you wish and the yoga - well that’ll be outstanding.

Yoga Retreat Bali – Nourish

Bali Nourish is a retreat carefully designed for you to take an active, healthy body, mind & life reset.

We get a build up of thoughts, emotions, environmental toxins & memories that, if not processed, integrated and released can create heaviness, lethargy, negative thinking and behaviour. Toxins from our food, beverages and environment are also the main cause of ageing.

This retreat is for those who live life to the fullest and want to take a moment to slow down. Take the time to rejuvenate body & mind with an active & nourishing yoga retreat.

Typical Day on Bali Nourish

7.30 – 8am – meditation

8am – breakfast

11 – 12.30am – vinyasa yoga

4.30 – 6pm – yin yoga

7pm – dinner

8pm – restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama

The itinerary is packed with vinyasa for all over detox & meditations designed to reset your mind. Every afternoon and evening you’ll drift through yin & restorative yoga, yoga nidra and visualisations designed to nourish & restore.

The menu is nutrient rich, plant based and alcohol free to further aid in the all over detox, nourish and restoration of the vessel that is your body.

This retreat is all about using the tools of yoga, meditation & healthy eating to whip your body / mind back into ultimate working order. You will take your yoga practice to another level and take new lifestyle skills home with you. The rest of the time is for you to rest and enjoy the luxury surroundings.

The yoga is suitable for all levels.
