As an avid indie music lover Rosie blends a delightful combination eclectic modern music with an emphasis on wellbeing, strength and structural alignment.
Her aim is to empower students by strengthening and deepening their individual practice, both physically and spiritually. She therefore places a strong emphasis on physical adjustments and a fluid flowing practice.
Rosie brings personality to her classes and has her students leave stronger, more relaxed and with smiles on their faces.
About Rosie Bosworth
Rosie’s journey began in her 20’s when a friend introduced her to yoga after suffering severe back, neck and leg injuries. Over the next decade, as her practice strengthened, she developed a deep love and passion for Vinyasa Flow.
Rosie has completed her 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) training in Ubud, Bali specialising in Vinyasa and Power yoga.
Rosie has a PhD in environmental innovation and a passion for sustainability, business and the environment. She uses her PhD to freelance and consult in the broader area of sustainability, health and wellbeing.
