Monthly Mini-Retreat – Reconnect

On the first Saturday of every month, Sarah Hon will hold a mini-retreat for three hours of your afternoon. This will be the perfect opportunity to gather in Community to pause, check-in and dive deep into the practices of yoga. In this we will reconnect with our deepest nature.


Conscious Breathwork

Conscious Breathwork is a guided breathing technique to reset your whole being. The tools are simple but will challenge your understanding of how the mind and bodywork. The practice involves long periods of strong, conscious breathing, called Breathwork, which will lead you into a trance-like state. In this state, you gain access to the subconscious.
