Yin Yang Yoga Auckland

Tuesday morning Yin/Yang is a mindful breath with movement practice, offering the deep stretching of a yin practice building into a slower vinyasa flow, generating heat and building on the principals of breath with movement.

The class offers the chance to focus on alignment, and breath to stretch into the class slowly building to a flow and closing with a yin style warm down.

Its offers a slightly slower pace than our regular vinyasa classes but still while building a flow sequence.

The practice is designed to offer yogis the opportunity to develop their flow to their own level with extensions, for the more experienced yogi and adaptations for the newer practicing yogis.

The class caters to all levels and abilities, making it a beautiful option for beginners wanting to slow down and deepen their understanding of alignment and positioning. Gifting them the chance to move mindfully in and out of postures. It also lends itself to moving at a more fluid pace and taking extensions for the more experienced practitioner.
