Emily has taught in diverse settings, including studios, workplaces, festivals, and workshops. She teaches a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, infusing her classes with a playful, gentle, intuitive, and poetic touch.

With specialised training and experience in trauma-sensitive yoga, Emily has worked with a wide range of people, guiding them through a safe and sustainable practice. She prioritises alignment integrity and facilitates bodily sovereignty.
