Pregnancy is a time of profound transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This six-week prenatal yoga course is designed to support you on this beautiful journey, helping you feel strong, connected, and empowered as you prepare for birth and beyond.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and guided visualizations, you’ll deepen your connection with your body and growing baby while cultivating inner strength and relaxation. Practicing alongside other expectant mothers, you’ll also build a supportive community where you can share experiences and encouragement.
Each week, we’ll explore a new focus to nurture both body and mind:
• Week One: Embracing your changing body—prenatal yoga foundations, safe modifications, and connecting with your baby.
• Week Two: Breathwork for balance—learning techniques to support both physical and emotional well-being. Stability & release—strengthening the pelvic floor and core while relieving tension.
• Week Three: Building strength—developing resilience in body and mind to support you through pregnancy and labour.
• Week Four: Deep rest—restorative yoga and guided meditations to promote relaxation and better sleep.
• Weeks Five & Six: Preparing for birth - Labour positions, meditations and breathing techniques for labour. An introduction to postnatal recovery.
Join us in creating a space of calm, confidence, and connection as you prepare for the arrival of your little one. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to nurture yourself and your little one during this special time.
Pre-natal Yoga Course
T&Cs - Maximum 12 places at this event and minimum attendees required to go ahead with this workshop. Attendance must be paid in advance to reserve your place. Cancellation within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, unless we don’t reach minimum numbers.

Fleur Blackall
Fleur is a new mum to her beautiful 8 month old boy Zander. Trained in both prenatal and postnatal yoga through Bliss Baby Yoga, with experience teaching of over 10 years.
Fleur has completed trainings with Jayayoga (500hr), Embodied Flow (200hr) Bliss Baby Prenatal, Bliss Baby Postnatal and further training with Creature Yoga.
Yoga Influences: Vinyasa, Yin Balancing Practices, Woman’s focused yoga.
Fleur practices yoga as a means to reconnect back in with herself, body, mind and intentions. Yoga allows her to find balance in her life and move through her day with ease, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally.
