About Slow Flow

The session aims to deepen your internal body awareness and support you to practice what best serves your body each moment.

This session starts and ends with relaxation, is fluidly paced with attention on movement quality and inner felt experience; a balance of strength and in-depth awareness on alignment, healthy body mechanics and finding ease in your body’s movement.  

The overall experience will facilitate you to deeply connect with your breath, release tension, develop strength, suppleness and a sense of ease within.

Suitable for those with an already established practice who wish to go deeper into somatic inquiry, accessible to those new to yoga and safe for pregnancy.

Friday Slow Flow with Jessica

This gentle, breath-led practice invites you to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. With an emphasis on mindful movement and embodied awareness, slow flow yoga supports your nervous system, encourages presence, and offers a space to attune to your inner landscape.

You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, listening closely to what feels supportive, and life-affirming in your body. This is a space to explore a flowing, grounded practice that helps you connect to yourself—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
