Abbey-Lee believes yoga is for everybody. She endeavours to create classes that accommodate all, welcomes people in and leaves them feeling good afterwards.

Abbey-Lee believes that yoga is far more than physical poses. It nourishes the body, but also the heart, soul and mind. Yoga is a way of life.

ABOUT ABBEY-LEE

After practicing yoga since her early twenties, in 2014 Abbey-Lee decided to turn her passion into her career. She first trained as a family / youth yoga teacher later making the transition to focus more on adult yoga.

She is passionate about yoga and considers it a blessing and honour to guide others in their yoga practice, their journey. Her philosophy is that yoga is holistic and that our practice should serve us, not the other way around.

The embodiment of loving kindness for oneself, transcends into the wider world.
