Jessica is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, somatics, and body awareness, creating classes that are both accessible and deeply nourishing. She believes yoga is a powerful tool for self-care, resilience, and connection—both with ourselves and with others. Whether guiding dynamic flows, restorative practices, core-focused mat work, or meditation, Jessica’s teaching is grounded in a deep understanding of the body and its innate capacity for healing.

Beyond studio classes, Jessica leads yoga retreats (In NZ and Bali), workshops, and trauma-sensitive yoga programs, offering opportunities to move, rest, and reconnect in stunningly beautiful environments. She is the founder and former owner of her own yoga studio where she spent eight years cultivating a thriving yoga community, so she understands what it means to build and nurture a community. Jess also works privately with clients, tailoring yoga and movement sessions to individual needs.

Jessica’s extensive training includes 500-hour advanced yoga teacher certification, 300-hour Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga certification, expressive arts therapy training, The Being Way life coach certification, and Somatic Movement Therapy practices informed by neuroscience. She is currently completing a Master’s in Dance Movement Therapy, deepening her work in movement-based healing and nervous system regulation.

Passionate about fostering well-being through movement, Jessica’s classes invite curiosity, kindness, and a sense of ease—helping her community  build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to themselves.
