Three Class Intro Offer

Must be a new Yoga Sanctuary Customer to purchase three class intro offer.

One Month Unlimited Intro Offer

Please enjoy one month of unlimited yoga with us! Valid 1 month from purchase.  Unlimited Intro discounted level valid for new Yoga Sanctuary customers.  Second month onwards unlimited price will be $130 per month. Cannot be put on hold or extended.

Expiration Date:  1 month from first use

Casual

Casual class purchase is for one class.  Can be used at anytime up to 30 days from purchase. Cannot be redeemed for series or workshops.

6, 10 or 20 Concession Passes

All Concession Passes (6, 10 or 20 sessions) must be used within five months from purchase date. Concession will be backdated to pay for previous visits owing if necessary. This will affect your expiry date. An expiry date can be extended with the purchase of more sessions.

Seniors & Students Concession Passes

Please show proof of entitlement - full time student card or Senior Gold card (either in person at studio or email copy to hello@yogasanctuary.co.nz).  Pass must be used within five months from purchase date.  Cards will be backdated to pay for previous visits owing if necessary.  This will affect expiry date. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to practice for more than one month due to illness, injury or other circumstance.

One month unlimited

Please enjoy one month of unlimited yoga with us! Valid one month from purchase. Cannot be put on hold or extended.

Three month contract

Unlimited yoga for 13 weeks. $35 per week. Best option for coming at least twice a week to classes for three months or more. Minimum term is 13 weeks (3 months) and will auto renew every 13 weeks.  You may put your membership on hold or cancel it after the initial 13 week term, provided 7 days’ notice is given to hello@yogasanctuary.co.nz .  The weekly payment is $35 payable by direct debit from your nominated account. Payments will appear as Yoga Payment – Ezidebit. 

Six month membership

Please enjoy six months of unlimited yoga with us!  Valid six months from date of purchase.  Can be put on hold for maximum one month for one-off travel or injury.  Please email: hello@yogasanctuary.co.nz as soon as possible if you are injured or planning an extended one-off trip.  One month on hold request for travel must be requested prior to the trip to be considered.

Twelve month membership

Please enjoy twelve months of unlimited yoga with us!  Valid twelve months from date of purchase.  Can be put on hold for maximum one month for one-off travel or injury.  Please email: hello@yogasanctuary.co.nz as soon as possible if you are injured or planning an extended one-off trip.  One month on hold request for travel must be requested prior to the trip to be considered.

Limited Series or Workshops

Concession passes, unlimited monthly passes and memberships cannot be redeemed for limited series (ie. Hot HIIT Pilates, pre and anti-natal series etc), or one-off workshops or events (ie. Rest and Restore, Yipee Youth Yoga, Cacao Ceremony, etc).  Series, workshops and events to be purchased at the rate advertised and redeem at the specified series class or workshop or event.

Ezidebit

This is the payment system used by mindbody to process online payments for Yoga Sanctuary.  For memberships: Ezidebit charge a setup fee of $2.30, and a small monthly fee of $1.46. For weekly payments (ie 3 month contract) Ezidebit charge $5 for a failed payment & Yoga Sanctuary charge a further $5. For one-off payments (ie, concession passes or one-off membership purchases), ezi-debit charges $14.50 for failed payments.  Please make sure funds are available on your scheduled payment date or one-off purchase date.  All fees are non-refundable.
