About Power Yoga
Expect to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling energised and strong from the inside out.
Whether you're looking to enhance your balance, improve posture and mobility, or build functional strength, this class will push your limits while keeping you centred.
This class will help strengthen the muscles needed for more advanced yoga poses, including the arm balances and inversions in Vinyasa 2 classes.
All levels are welcome – modifications and advanced options will be offered!
