After discovering yoga when I was 18, I was hooked!

My teaching journey started shortly after a 200 hour Yoga teacher training in 2020. Continuing with 70 hours of Yoga Nidra in 2021 and 108 hours of Sadhana lifestyle training in 2022.

Over 10+ years of practice,
I can appreciate both the yin and yang!

I like to weave an element of flow into my classes, leaving those who practice with me feeling nourished from the inside out.

Her style incorporates a gentle warming of the muscles and joints.
Her primary focus is to create harmony between the mind and body using the breath.
Her grounded approach is inclusive and accessible to all ages, range of body types, levels of fitness and ability.
